Please read the Terms carefully. You will become a full member of the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP after you tick “I have understood and accepted the Registration Terms of Service” and click [Register Now] button to register the App successfully. The Terms of Service shall constitute a document that is legally binding on the Parties.
Users include both Registered Users and Non-registered Users. Registered Users refer to Users who use the Services of Blood Pressure Watch R6 after completing all registration procedures on the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP. Non-registered Users refer to Users who directly log in to the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP without registration.
Information Publishers refer to the Registered Users of the platform who create and publish help information on the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP. Information Receivers refer to Users who browse and search the help information published on the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP.
2. You grant the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP an exclusive, worldwide, perpetual and free license to use the information and data you’ve provided. You agree that the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP has the right (in whole or in part) to use, reproduce, correct, publish, translate, distribute, perform, and display your profile data (including but not limited to registration data, behavioral data, and all kinds of information displayed on the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP) or to create derivative works thereof, and to include the said data into other works in any form, media, or technology already known or to be developed in the future.

If you do not agree to the foregoing authorization, you shall immediately stop the registration process or stop using the Services of Blood Pressure Watch R6. If you continue using the Services of the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP, you shall be deemed to have agreed to make the foregoing authorization.
3. You are kindly suggested to read the entire Agreement carefully prior to using the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP. If you have any questions about the Agreement, please consult with the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP. Regardless of whether you carefully read the provisions of the Agreement before actually using the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP, as long as you use the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP, the Agreement shall be binding on you. Then you shall not claim that the Agreement is invalid, or that it can be revoked, on the grounds that you have not read the contents of the Agreement, or that you have not received an answer to your inquiry from the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP.
4. The Agreement shall include its main body and various rules that the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP has issued or will issue in the future. All rules shall constitute an integral part of the Agreement and have the same legal effect as the body of the text. Unless otherwise expressly stated, any Services provided by the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as the Services of the Blood Pressure Watch R6) are governed by the Agreement. 5. The Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP has the right to formulate and modify the Agreement and/or various rules from time to time as required by the update of national laws and regulations, the adjustment of the rules on the product and Services, and to publicize them on the website. If you continue using the Services of Blood Pressure Watch R6, you shall be deemed to have accepted the amended Agreement and rules.
2. The Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP attaches great importance to protecting the personal information of adolescents amid information collection and use. The Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP recommends that any minor under the age of 18 participating in online activities shall obtain the prior consent of his/her guardian (hereinafter referred to as the “Guardian”) and abide by the Convention on Cyber Civilization of the Adolescents.
3. When you sign the Agreement and complete the registration process, the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP shall provide you with a Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP account with a unique number. You shall be responsible for keeping your account and password safe and for all actions taken through your account and password. Except as otherwise provided by laws or administrative judicial authorities, and with the consent of the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP, no account or password (except for property interests related thereto) shall be transferred, donated, or inherited in any way. If any person is found to have improperly used your account, or there is any other situation that may endanger the security of your account, you shall immediately notify the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP in an effective manner, and demand the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP to suspend related services. You understand that the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP takes some reasonable time to take action at your request, and that the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP bears no liability for consequences already generated before it takes actions (including but not limited to any of your losses).
2. When using the Services of Blood Pressure Watch R6, you shall not engage in the following: (1) To publish, deliver, transmit, or store content that infringes others’ intellectual property rights, trade secrets, or legitimate rights, including viruses, Trojan viruses, time bombs, and other content that may harm or affect the stability of the mutual aid system in the same city to create false identities to mislead and deceive others;
(2) Transmit or distribute or otherwise spread files containing images, photographs, software, or other data protected by intellectual property laws, for example (including but not limited to), laws on copyrights or trademarks (or rights of privacy or publicity), unless the User owns or controls the corresponding rights or has obtained all necessary approvals;
(3) Use any data or information that contains images or photographs obtained by using the “Software” in a manner that infringes the trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of any party;
(4) Any act endangering Internet network security, including but not limited to: using unauthorized data or entering unauthorized servers/accounts; entering the public computer network or other people's computer systems without permission and deleting, modifying or adding stored information; unauthorized attempts to detect, scan and test the weaknesses of the platform system or network or other acts that undermine network security; attempts to interfere with or destroy the normal operation of the platform system or website, deliberately spread malicious programs or viruses and other acts that destroy and interfere with normal network information services; forging TCP/IP packet names or partial names;
(5) To alter or forge the instructions, data, and data package during the operation of software works, add, remove, or change the features of the software or running effects. The software used for the above purposes shall not be disseminated to the public or operated through information networks;
(6) Sell, rent, lend, distribute, transfer, or sublicense the Software and Services or related links or make profits from using the Software and Services or the Terms of the Software and Services without the express written authorization of the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP regardless of whether the said using aims at achieving direct economic or monetary gains;
(7) Violate the activity rules published on the page of the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP, including but not limited to publishing false information, cheating, or conducting false transactions by other means.
3. You understand and agree that the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP has the right to provide the registration information, publishing records, and other necessary information that you’ve filled in on the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP at the request of the government departments (including judicial and administrative departments).
4. When using the Services of Blood Pressure Watch R6 on the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP, you undertake to abide by the following agreements: (1) All your behaviors amid the use of the Services of the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP shall comply with the provisions and requirements of national laws, regulations as well as other normative documents and the rules of the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP, shall not violate public interests or morality, shall not harm the legitimate rights and interests of others, and shall not violate the Agreement and relevant rules. You shall be fully legally liable for any and all legal consequences arising from your violation of the foregoing commitments, and shall indemnify the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP against any losses arising therefrom.
(2) You shall not publish any information prohibited by the State (unless you have obtained legal and sufficient permission), suspected of infringing the intellectual properties or other legitimate rights and interests of others, contrary to public interests or morality, public order, and good morals, or other information suspected of violating laws or the Agreement and various rules.
(3) You shall not make commercial use of any data on the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP, including but not limited to using the data displayed on the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP in any way such as copying and spreading without the prior written consent of the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP.
(4) Shall not use any device, software, or routine to interfere with or attempt to interfere with the normal functioning of the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP or any activity carried out on it. You shall not take any action that would result in an unreasonably large data load on the network device of the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP.
5. You understand and agree: (1) If you violate the foregoing commitments, the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP shall have the right to punish you accordingly or terminate the Services for you in accordance with the Agreement without your consent or prior notice.
(2) Where your behavior is suspected of violating the provisions of laws and regulations or violating the terms and conditions of the Agreement and/or rules as instructed by the relevant laws and regulations or judged in accordance with the rules of the Services of Blood Pressure Watch R6, the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP shall have the right to take corresponding measures, including but not limited to directly blocking, deleting the infringing information, reducing your credit value or directly stopping the Services.
(3) For your behaviors on the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP, including your behavior that has not been carried out on the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP but has affected the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP and its Users, the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP shall have the right to unilaterally determine the nature of your behavior and whether it constitutes a violation of the Agreement and/or the rules, and shall take corresponding measures accordingly. You shall keep all the evidence related to your behaviors and shall be responsible for the adverse consequences arising from your failure to provide sufficient evidence.
(4) If you are suspected of violating the undertakings and thus causing damages to any third party, you shall assume sole liability in your own name and hold the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP harmless from and against any loss or expense arising therefrom.
(5) You shall indemnify and hold the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP harmless from and against any and all losses, third-party claims, penalties by any administrative authority, and/or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, incurred or suffered by the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP resulting from the fact that you are suspected of violating relevant laws or the provisions hereof.
2. You understand and accept that it’s impossible for the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP, a platform for information publishing and services, to ensure that each piece of information is true and accurate. You shall prudently judge and determine whether relevant information is true, lawful and effective, and bear the liabilities and losses arising therefrom. Any information is used at your sole discretion, and you shall assume any and all risks and responsibilities for damage to the system or loss of the information.
3. You agree that you are obliged to promptly notify the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP whenever you find that any content of the APP does not comply with the law or does not comply with the provisions hereof. If you find that your personal information has been stolen, or that your copyright or other rights have been infringed, please notify the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP of the situation and provide the following information and materials:
(1) The website, number, or other details of the information that infringes your rights; (2) The proof that proves you are the legal owner of the said copyright or other rights; (3) Your contact information, including the name, address, telephone number and email address of contact persons; (4) A copy of your ID card, business license, and other relevant materials.
We will delete the relevant information in a timely manner after we affirm such infringement through investigation. We only accept written notice of infringement by post, E-mail, or fax. In the case of an emergency, you can notify us by calling the service hotline in advance, and we will take corresponding measures as the case may be.
4. You understand and agree that the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP shall not be liable for any of your damages, including but not limited to the loss of profits, goodwill, use and data, or other intangible losses, caused by the following circumstances: (1) You have used or failed to use the Services of Blood Pressure Watch R6. (2) A third party uses your account or changes your data without approval. (3) The expenses and losses arising from the information browsed and searched on the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP. (4) Your misunderstanding of Blood Pressure Watch R6. (5) Other losses related to the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP caused by reasons other than the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP.
5. The Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP shall be exempt from the liability of failure to serve or delayed service due to the following force majeure events: normal equipment maintenance of information network, connection failure of information network, computer, communications or other system failures, power failures, strikes, labor disputes, commotions, insurrections, riots, insufficient productivity or productive resources, fire, flood, storm, explosion, wars, government behaviors, orders by a judicial executive or inaction by a third party.
6. As an information service platform, the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP is not responsible for any offline behavior of its Users. Any costs, losses, and injuries arising from browsing and searching the information provided by the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP shall be borne by the Users. Please choose whether to take part in any offline activities with caution.
7. You shall strictly abide by the Agreement as well as other agreements and activity rules released by the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP. You shall be fully liable for any losses to any third party or the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP caused by your violation of these agreements or rules.
2. You have the right to request the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP to close your account. The Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP shall close your account after approval, and the contractual relationship between you and the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP based on the Agreement shall be terminated accordingly. After your account is closed, the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP shall not be obligated to retain or disclose any information in your account to you, or to forward to you or a third party any information that you haven’t read or sent.
3. You agree that the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP shall still enjoy the following rights after terminating the contractual relationship with you: (1) Continue to keep the registration information that you haven’t deleted in a timely manner and all the information you have published amid your use of the Services of Blood Pressure Watch R6 until the expiration of the records retention period as required by law. (2) In the case that you have committed any illegal act or breached the Agreement and/or the rules during your use of the Services of Blood Pressure Watch R6, the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP may still assert rights against you in line with the Agreement.
2. You acknowledge and recognize the following: the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP may cooperate with a third party to provide its Users with relevant network services; under such circumstance, in the case that such third party agrees to assume the same responsibilities for protecting the privacy of the Users as the APP, the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP shall have the right to provide the Users’ registration information for such third party. In addition, on the premise of not disclosing the privacy information of individual users, the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP shall have the right to analyze the user database as a whole and to use it for commercial purposes.
3. To protect the security of your personal information. We will use various security technologies and procedures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. You understand and agree with this.
4. The Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP may use Cookies to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your hard disk by a Web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a Web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. Cookies enable the Blood Pressure Watch R6 APP to recall your specific information on subsequent visits. Cookies can simplify the process of recording your personal information. When you return to the Services of Blood Pressure Watch R6, the information you previously published or browsed can be retrieved automatically by the system, which enables you to use the Services more conveniently and efficiently.

2. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the Agreement shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, and the Nanshan Primary People’s Court, Shenzhen, Guangdong shall serve as the court of first instance with jurisdiction. As stipulated in the laws of the People’s Republic of China, in the case that the Nanshan Primary People’s Court, Shenzhen, Guangdong has no jurisdiction over the dispute due to the level of jurisdiction, its superior court shall serve as the court of first instance with jurisdiction.
